Fasten is published by nGen. The app is built to work without accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud storage.
Effective date: March 16, 2026
Fasten does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
To provide core functionality, Fasten stores app data locally on your device, such as fasting records, selected traditions, reminder settings, and cached prayer-time data.
This information stays on your device unless you choose to back up your phone through your own platform tools.
Fasten may request location access to calculate local prayer times for Ramadan fasting. Fasten may also request notification permission for local reminders such as suhoor, iftar, and fast start or end alerts.
These permissions are optional. Location data and notification schedules are used on-device only.
Fasten does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or cloud-storage services to process your fasting data.
Because your data is stored locally, you can remove it by clearing the app's local data or uninstalling the app from your device.
